Role overview
Q-Solutions is a multi-stack dev agency with an HQ in Karachi and offices in Chicago and London.
This is not a traditional BDM job. You will use AI tools to build the things that win work: landing pages, proposals, marketing material, automations. Then you will go and use them. Outreach, calls, follow up. Ten years ago this was three jobs. AI has made it one, for the right person.
## What you will actually do
- Build and update pages on our website
- Write and design proposals, case studies and one page summaries
- Create marketing material: social posts, emails, simple ads
- Build automations that save the company time
- Keep our company profiles current on Clutch, LinkedIn, Google and other sites
About half your time: selling
- Find companies that fit our three industries, and research them properly before you write to them
- Write and send outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
- Reply to people who contact us, and work out quickly whether they are a real fit
- Book calls, join them, take notes, and follow up without being chased
- Keep the pipeline updated so we always know where every deal stands
## What we need from you
- Proof: real things you have built with AI tools, not certificates
- Strong written English for clients in US and UK
- Comfortable on video calls with foreign clients
- Based in Karachi and able to work from our office
- Self taught: pick up new tools in a day or two
- You finish things without reminding

- An AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
- An AI website builder, or WordPress or Webflow
- Canva or Figma
- An automation tool (Zapier, Make, or n8n)
- A CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Google Sheets and Docs
## Pay Base salary + sales commission tied to signed projects

It says my security check expired or could not be confirmed. What do I do?
Each security check works once and runs out after a few minutes. If a first attempt failed, or you took a while to fill in the form, the check is used up. A new one loads by itself after every attempt. Wait for it to finish, then press Submit again. Everything you typed and the file you chose stay in the form.
It says the security check is not working on our side. Is that my fault?
No. The problem is on our end. Your details are still in the form. Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, email your CV to jobs@q-sols.com and put the job title in the subject line.
It says my file could not be accepted. Which files work?
We accept PDF and DOCX files up to 5 MB. A file that was only renamed to end in .pdf or .docx will be rejected, because we check what the file actually is. Older .doc files, pages, images and zipped folders are not accepted. Open the file and use Save As or Export to PDF, then attach that copy.
My file is over 5 MB. How do I shrink it?
Export it to PDF again with the smaller or standard size option, or remove large images from it. A resume is normally well under 1 MB. If the file still will not shrink, email it to jobs@q-sols.com.
It says the file looks empty.
The upload arrived with nothing inside. This often happens with a file stored only in the cloud (for example in a drive app) and not downloaded to your device. Download it, attach it again and press Submit.
A field is marked in red and I cannot see why.
Scroll up to the first red field and read the line under it. The most common causes are a phone number with letters in it, an email address missing the @ or the domain, a missing city and country, no expected salary, or the consent box left unticked. Fix those and press Submit again.
It says this job is no longer accepting applications.
The role closed or was filled while you were on the page. Go to the careers page to see which roles are open now. Your information was not saved.
It says we could not verify the job, or could not upload or process my application.
Our connection to the service that stores applications had a temporary problem. Your details are still in the form, so wait a minute and press Submit again. If it fails twice, email your CV to jobs@q-sols.com with the job title and we will log it for you.
It says it could not reach the server.
Your device lost its connection while sending. Check your internet or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then press Submit again. Large files take longer on a slow connection.
It says we already have an application from my email.
You have already applied for this role with the same email address, so we did not file a second copy. You do not need to do anything. If you need to change something, email jobs@q-sols.com.
I submitted, but I did not get a confirmation email.
Check your spam and promotions folders, and check that the email address you typed is correct. If the page showed a success message, we have your application. If you still want to confirm it, email jobs@q-sols.com with your name and the job title.
