Launch a Product
Move from idea or early validation to a working, production-ready product with clear scope and senior product leadership.
- Offer
- Q-Launch
- Typical duration
- Free fit call → 5-day Blueprint → 4–12 week build
- Outcome
- Validated scope, working MVP and launch plan.
The situations this path is built for
- Unclear scope causing bloated budgets and prolonged timelines before real user validation.
- Lack of senior engineering leadership leading to fragile prototypes that cannot scale.
- Slow feedback loops between product design and engineering execution.
- Technical debt accumulated early requiring complete rewrites upon market traction.
What you receive
- Rigorous discovery synthesis with scope prioritisation and interactive clickable prototype.
- Production-ready MVP built on maintainable modern web and mobile architecture.
- Automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, monitoring, and telemetry setup.
- Complete handover package with architectural blueprints, technical documentation, and product roadmap.
What would it cost to hire this team yourself?
Answer a few quick questions and we'll size the team this actually needs, then price it against real market salaries. This is just to give you an idea — once we understand your actual problem on a Blueprint, we can usually find a leaner, better-priced path than hiring a full team yourself.
Do you already have a technical co-founder or lead architect making the big technical calls?
This is the person who owns decisions like what to build it on and how it scales later — expensive to get wrong.
One published ladder, no hidden day rate
A free fit call qualifies the work. A fixed-price Blueprint removes the scoping risk before anything is built. Then a fixed price and date for the build itself, set by the band the Blueprint puts you in.
A scoped feature list, a clickable prototype, an architecture decision, and a fixed price and date for the build. Credited in full if you go ahead — yours to take elsewhere if you don't.
Then, one fixed build band — set by the Blueprint
One user type, up to 8 core screens, auth, one integration, web only. Deployed and live.
Multiple user roles, payments, 2–3 integrations, admin panel, responsive web.
AI features, real-time, native mobile, or a compliance requirement. Priced individually from the Blueprint.
Prices in USD, exclusive of third-party hosting and licence costs. Location-based pricing (PKR/AED) is planned but not live yet — every visitor sees the same USD ladder for now.
You're building a new product in health & safety, edtech, fitness, or facility operations — whether you're an established operator diversifying into a new offering or a focused startup validating a first version. Fit is about the industry and the problem, not how old the company is.
Building the wrong features too slowly. We de-risk this through rapid prototyping in the Prove phase before commit to full development.
Fixed price and date
Once we scope the work, the price and delivery date are fixed in writing. Not an estimate that grows once we start.
You own the code from day one
Every repository is yours from the first commit. Nothing is held back or licensed back to you after the fact.
30-day post-launch warranty
If something we built breaks in the first 30 days after launch, we fix it at no additional cost.

Real results from Q-Launch engagements
“We needed a partner who could understand the messy reality of custom homebuilding and translate it into a seamless digital experience. Q-Solutions did exactly that. They took BuildNest from a concept to a robust web and mobile platform that connects builders, homeowners, and lenders effortlessly. Their technical execution and understanding of our product vision have been exceptional.”
“Our goal was to create the Shopify of Web3. Q-Solutions brought that vision to life with a zero-code NFT marketplace engine. They bridged the gap between Web2 and Web3 perfectly by allowing users to check out with credit cards or crypto wallets. Their mastery of the tech stack made all the difference. They are an elite technical team.”
“We wanted to compete with international made-to-measure brands, but taking measurements manually door-to-door wasn't cutting it. Q-Solutions built us a complete eCommerce platform with an incredible custom suit builder and a dedicated Android measurement app for our traveling tailors. It completely modernized our customer experience and gave us the professional edge we needed to scale our business.”
Questions about Launch a Product
Who is Q-Launch built for?
Health & safety, edtech, fitness, and facility operators launching a new digital product — whether you're an established operator diversifying into a new offering or a startup validating a first version. Fit is about the industry and the problem, not how long the company has existed.
How much does Q-Launch cost?
A free fit call, then a fixed-price $1,900 Blueprint (5 business days) credited in full if you go ahead. The build itself is priced from three fixed bands set by what the Blueprint finds: Essential ($9,900, 4 weeks), Standard ($16,900, 6–8 weeks, where most buyers land), or Scale-Ready (from $29,900, 10–12 weeks) for AI features, real-time needs, native mobile, or a compliance requirement.
What happens if I don't go ahead after the Blueprint?
The Blueprint — the scoped feature list, clickable prototype, and architecture decision — is yours to take elsewhere. You've paid for real work product either way, not a sales pitch.
How long does the whole process take?
A free fit call, then a 5-business-day Blueprint, then a 4-to-12-week build depending on the band the Blueprint puts you in.
What do I actually receive at the end?
A production-ready MVP on maintainable modern architecture, automated CI/CD deployment and monitoring, and a complete handover package with architecture documentation and a product roadmap.
